Our Recruitment is one like no other, because we know that in order to be the best we have to recruit the best-and we are the best. We recruit all year round, and have a special process for recruiting which involves one-on-one interviews with our recruitment chairs and attending one of our several brotherhood events each week. Our members are defined by the term S.L.A.G which stands for Scholars Leaders Athletes Gentlemen.

Scholars

As a member of PIKE you are expected to have a well-rounded college experience, however, education and school work should always come first. We pride ourselves on having high educational standards, and currently are above the all mens, all fraternity grade point average at DePaul. We come in second only to an educational fraternity.

Leaders

We are always actively seeking men who are natural leaders in all aspects of the word. From being on student government to running your own community service organization, we have it all and are ready for more leaders to take charge and add to our thriving colony. We also encourage leadership building activities, and instill leadership in each and every one of our members through workshops and other skill building activities.

Athletes

As a PIKE there is one thing you must know- WE ARE WINNERS. Athleticism is one of our most well-known attributes in all of Fraternity life through out the United States. Here at DePaul we have PIKES that specialize in a variety of sports including Track, Lacrosse, Rugby, Football, Basketball, Softball, Baseball, Volleyball and more! Our competitive drive has left a mark on the DePaul campus and we are ready for individuals who are ready to bring their A-game and be part of a legacy that has so quickly been established.

Gentlemen

PIKE's pride ourselves on our many skills and attributes, however we never forget to carry our gentlemanly charm. We do not act prideful or boast, we respect all other fraternity and sorority organizations, and always carry ourselves to higher standards. There is a reason why we are socially preferred by the sororities on campus!
