PIKES are known for a lot of good things, and here at DePaul, we definitely are known for giving back to our community. The members of Pi Kappa Alpha are encouraged to participate in regular community service and philanthropic events to give back to the community and help mold our members into socially aware human beings. Our causes are endless, as we continue to help out different causes every time. We have helped paint a run-down elementery school on Chicago's South Side, fundraised and donated money to Compassion Ministries to aid starving children in Africa and Central America, and fundraised money for the American Cancer Association in their Relay for Life event (We were the second highest fundraising organization out of 50+ groups!). Yes, we certainly know how to give back!
